Refund and Returns Policy

At Absolutely Design Candles, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we are here to assist with returns and refunds.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include your proof of purchase when returning the item. Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, may not be eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
